Refund Cases
Users can ask for refund and get their money back within 30 days of purchase. But for this, go through the cases when refund is applicable.
- You can file a refund application when the demo version contains a feature and this is not provided by the full version of the software.
- Before applying for refund, you must have connected to our technical support staff.
In few cases, our technical support team advise customers to send the appropriate file to us via email on [email protected] or via secure FTP Transfer so that our technical support team can analyze the file and provide a needful solution to you. We never reveal a single bit of information in any condition. After resolving your issues, our team immediately dispose of all your files.
Conditions must be true for refund
- If the client performs the operation in the demo version but that functionality does not exist in full version.
- When our support team fails to resolve your issue.
We are not liable for
- Delay in communication
- Delay in the downloading process
- Any email lost
- If activation mail is bounced by sender or receiver mail server
- When you purchased a wrong product
- The software purchased is not compatible with your OS
- If the basic requirements are not supported by the machine
- Mail marked as SPAM by email application
NOTE: Refund will be considered under 30 days. After that, it will not be considered.
